SOON ties the agent economy to the Concierge desk: pay-per-call x402 today, holder utility on Lounge and Agent routes, and revenue-linked buyback plus on-chain burns when users pay in SOON.

All percentages apply to net protocol revenue — USDC that remains with the protocol after creator splits and facilitator costs.

Snapshot-weighted advisory polls — not on-chain binding DAO control. Each quarter, wallets at President tier vote on 2–3 priorities within published policy, for example: next intel desk to build, treasury grant shortlist, or buyback vs LP emphasis inside the existing 15% bucket. One wallet per voter; weight = snapshot balance capped to limit single-wallet dominance. Results publish on /token/transparency; the ops team retains final execution — realistic for a young utility token without over-promising decentralization.
