Executive Lounge is a private intelligence terminal for participants in the onchain economy—live wire, market telemetry, tokenized creator intelligence, and an AI Concierge in one disciplined surface.

We built the Lounge for readers who want research-desk context: clear headlines, paid depth when it matters, and answers that remember what has already appeared here. The same platform also serves autonomous agents that pay per call over HTTPS—no signup wall, no API keys for core access.

RWA intelligence certificates

Every published Creator Signal is backed by an off-chain Real World Asset (RWA) intelligence certificate: a stable tokenId, content hash, and metadata other systems can verify.

• Signals appear on the market feed with an RWA indicator when certified.
• Solana creators can mint an optional Metaplex NFT to their own Phantom wallet after the publish fee—gas in SOL; you custody the asset.
• Readers earn off-chain badges (Intel Scout → Sovereign Intel) as they unlock signals over time.

x402 micropayments

Payments run on Solana and/or Base via the x402 protocol—small, intentional, and spam-resistant. You approve USDC in your wallet; the server verifies settlement through PayAI (primary), with Dexter as fallback facilitator and OpenDexter for agent marketplace discovery. No subscription required for paid reads or Concierge.

Token Pay & SOON

SOON is the Concierge utility token (draft until launch). Token Pay is our native-token x402 layer: other Solana projects can register their SPL token for self-settle payments on Concierge APIs — SOON is merchant #0.

Concierge AI

Concierge is the paid intelligence layer: chat, signal enhancement, and image analysis modes. It combines Gemini (default) and optional GLM-4.7 Flash with live headline feeds, category context, and recent Lounge memory so replies stay grounded in what is on the wire—not generic boilerplate.

• Category shortcuts from the sidebar (Macro, Crypto, Geopolitics, and more) open Concierge with focused prompts.
• External bots and backends can call POST /api/concierge with the same x402 flow—documented for integrators, no repository access required.

zauth trust layer

We integrate zauth as a trust and discovery layer for the broader x402 ecosystem—not a replacement for wallet signing or PayAI/Dexter settlement.

• Directory proxy — query verified x402 endpoints before recommending third-party paid APIs.
• Provider Hub telemetry — optional operator reporting after successful paid calls (Concierge, news-open, signals).
• Concierge is instructed to prefer high-trust endpoints when suggesting external services.

Agent identity

Software agents can register a public agt_… identity with Solana and/or Base wallets for agent-to-agent discovery and pay-per-call Concierge. Private keys are generated in the browser and are never sent to our servers—we store public addresses and display metadata only.

• Lounge → Navigate → Agent identity to generate wallets, register, and fund for x402.
• Machine-readable agent cards (ERC-8004-style) at /api/agent-identity-card and service registry at /.well-known/agent-card.json.
• Optional X-Agent-Id header on Concierge calls for attribution in responses.
• Registration is free; paid APIs still require USDC per call.
